A twice-convicted rapist awaiting trial for the killing of his cousin and her foster daughter died in July from most cancers, officers stated Thursday.
Brian Farmer, 61, of Lengthy Department, was charged with homicide and baby endangerment associated to the deaths of Joan Colbert, 62, and her 10-year-old baby Veronica Roach.
