Secaucus commemorated the 17th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist assaults Tuesday morning with a solemn tribute on the city’s 9/11 memorial. 

Six residents of Secaucus — Arlene Babakitis, Richard Cudina, Nancy Perez, Kenneth Simon, Steven Strobert and Michael Tanner — died in 9/11. Their names, that are inscribed in town’s memorial in entrance of the library, have been learn in the course of the ceremony.
