A feminine bear dealing with dying after allegedly charging a person in Vernon has eluded seize for 9 days.

Animals rights activists have dubbed her “Mama Bear,” since she reportedly has two cubs. They’re asking for her life to be spared, although state rules enable for no second probabilities when a bear acts aggressively close to an individual.
