Authorities are on the lookout for a hit-and-run driver who struck a pedestrian Friday night time in Adams County.

The incident occurred at about 8:35 p.m. close to 7540 Pecos St., based on the Colorado State Patrol. The hit-and-run automobile is described as a pink four-door sedan.

The sufferer, a 43-year-old man who was struck whereas crossing the road, was taken to an area hospital with severe accidents. The motive force headed north on Pecos after hitting the person. The automobile has heavy front-end harm and a damaged windshield, the state patrol stated.
