DENVER – The dean at Aurora West School Preparatory Academy, arrested for a 3rd time in two weeks on Friday, was formally charged Monday with three felonies and a misdemeanor in regard to gun threats he’s accused of constructing on the college earlier this month.
Tushar Rae, 30, was charged Monday in an Arapahoe County courtroom with counts of tried first-degree assault with a lethal weapon inflicting severe bodily damage; tried first-degree assault with a lethal weapon; possession of a weapon on college grounds; and carrying a hid weapon.
The costs filed in opposition to Rae Monday stem from an incident on the college that occurred April 3. Based on police paperwork, Rae and principal Taisiya “Taya” Tselolikhina had been in an argument the day earlier than.
